Kirk has been active in the financial services Industry since 1988 and is excited to help clients one-on-one as they navigate the complex world of investments and retirement planning. Using numerous strategies, he works with folks planning to retire soon, those mid-career, as well as those who want to structure their retirement nest egg from the beginning of their careers so that they never outlive their financial resources. His philosophy is to assure his clients that they understand what tools are available to them and to give them options that meet their objective of growth, tax efficiency, and financial safety.

Kirk specializes in helping Federal employees navigate their complex retirement and benefits package. He is licensed in Maryland, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.

A graduate of Towson University, Kirk has a loving wife of 39 years and two adult children who are both college graduates. His love of music goes back decades, as does his love for playing the electric guitar. He has served on many corporate, community, and school boards during his career.
